By accessing or using Growth Partner Edit Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial limited to 5 hours of video processing. No credit card is required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or contains harmful material. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Processed videos are stored temporarily and deleted after download. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as videos processed, features used, and session duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders), and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Video Content

Videos you upload are processed solely to provide the editing service. Uploaded files are stored temporarily during processing and permanently deleted within 24 hours of job completion. We do not view, analyze, or retain your video content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service, including database providers, payment processors, and server infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and encrypted data storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
